COVID-19 business disruption

Firstly, we would like to thank you for choosing to shop with Hypa Spa & Wellness

Following the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following guidelines in order to restrict the spread of the disease. From Monday 23rd March, our Neston based showroom will not be open to the public and private demonstrations of our spas is temporarily suspended. Our staff will be working from home and will continue to manage current installations and orders. All delivery dates will be met and the lead time on new orders is 4-6 weeks. The production of our tiled, stainless steel and marble spas will be suspended for 1 month so current lead times will be approximately 12-16 weeks for these.

All commercial and domestic saunas, steam rooms and experience shower production will be suspended for 1 month and lead times on new orders will be approx. 12-14 weeks.
