I searched the internet for outdoor spa suppliers, however I kept seeing the ‘Standard Type’ of product, which wasn’t appetising for me.
From initially discussing my requirements with a representative at Hypa-Spa, they quickly got to understand our requirements and was invited to their Showroom on the Wirral.
When greeted by Dan the following day, at the modern showroom, we were in vision of many options, wow, where do I look first, however, within minutes I quickly recognised a Spa which was the most contemporary Spa I’d ever seen. I didn’t know exactly what I was hoping to see, however, I’d found it. Dan explained in detail all about its features and benefits, which was excellent.
The installation following a personal survey was swift and the engineer left no question unanswered when guided through the simple user instructions.
The aftercare and seasonal servicing have been carried out professionally, together with a curtesy call following, enquiring how we are finding the Spa, and do we require any further advice, which is rare and excellent service.
