Highly recommend Dan and the team at Hypa Spa, myself and a neighbour drove a bargain for two spa’s..
Dan was a huge support from the first phone call. We had so many questions that we needed answered before we purchased spa’s and he was so incredibly helpful, he came to our house’s so he could see our access points and advised us on things such as positioning, grounds, electrics, and everything else we asked. We weren’t sure about whether to have the cover lift as an extra and Dan suggested that we start without one but if we changed our minds he would get straight down to fit one (I haven’t but my neighbour has) Delivery wasn’t long after the order, installation was quick and smooth, the lads stayed until the spa’s were full then went through exactly how to use it, how to use the chemicals and clean the filter etc, all the lads involved were extremely helpful and professional.
The entire experience from our first phone call to Dan to the delivery and installation then follow-on support was exemplary, nothing is to much for these guys. We now enjoy relaxing in our Spa’s, watching the football and occasionally dunking the kids. Thanks to all at Hypa Spa.
