Like many others, during lockdown we decided to invest in our 'staying at home time' with a new outside decking area and accompanying hot tub. We did our research, both online and in showroom visits and settled on HypaSpa in Neston. From our first call, they were helpful and professional and, unlike others, weren’t pushing a hard sell of their products. After listening to our circumstances, Dan helped us choose the right spa for our needs and then worked with our builder to ensure the base would be just right. The delivery and installation went as planned and, as this was our first hot tub, Dan and the team showed immense patience with our endless questions!
Given that the sales and installation process went so well, we were worried that the after care service couldn’t possibly be as good. We needn’t have worried! From helping me find the right accessories to giving reassurance that we were indeed adding the correct amount of chlorine, every interaction has been as excellent as the first.
We have been exceptionally pleased with HypaSpa and have been happy to recommend them to family and friends.
